Walking has so many health benefits for people of all ages but most importantly in our 55+ groups.
My Time is designed to create fun activities for youth of all abilities, including games, swimming and trivia nights.
At Eastview Community Centre, we are dedicated to making sure the local kids and youth (ages 5 and up), have a safe place to be after school.
Come and learn basic cooking skills in a safe, clean environment with instructors who are certified in Safe Food Handling.Learn about healthy eating and have fun at the same time!
Fun, fitness & focus! Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills.
