The Queen City Eastview Community Association will be hosting our annual winter carnival February 19th 2022 at the Eastview Community Centre (615 6th Avenue, Regina, SK).

This is a FREE family event with something for everyone if you have your community membership. If you don't have a community membership we will be selling them on site that day or you can get one from your local community association in the City of Regina. If you purchase one ahead of time please have it ready to present when you arrive.

We will have balloon sculpting, large inflatable games, snowshoe races, snowperson building competitions, Saskatchewan Health Authority providing immunizations (COVID, Flu and childhood vaccinations), wagon rides and some food!! 

You wont want to miss this, we hope to see you there!

PLEASE NOTE TO PROTECT EVERYONE DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES WE ARE ASKING THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND ONE OF THREE TIME BLOCKS. WE ARE LIMITING THOSE WHO CAN ENTER THE FACILITY TO 100 PEOPLE AT A TIME (INSIDE THE FACILITY) DURING THESE TIME BLOCKS. ALL OUTSIDE PROGRAMMING WILL REMAIN ACTIVE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERYONE MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION OR A NEGATIVE COVID TEST TO ENTER THE FACILITY (CHILDREN 11 AND UNDER ARE EXEMPT).

WAVES OF 100 WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CENTRE FROM 10AM TO 11:30AM, NOON TO 1:30PM and 2PM TO 3:30PM. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO SANITIZE THE ENTIRE BUILDING AND ITS CONTENTS DURING THAT 30 MINUTE INTERVAL BETWEEN WAVES.

Please note that the tickets you are reserving are for one of the three waves. Select the tickets from the wave that suites your situation best.

A reminder: WAVE 1 - 10 am to 11:30 am        WAVE2 - 12:00 (NOON) to 1:30 pm       WAVE 3 - 2 pm to 3:30pm

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WAGON RIDES ARE ONLY RUNNING FROM NOON TO 3PM.
